A sedentary lifestyle can prove harmful over a long period of time. The mind needs stimulation, the body needs exercise, and neglecting that can detriment one’s mind and health.
We work around that by providing recreational activities that our residents can participate in. This allows them to engage with other residents and build meaningful connections at the same time stimulate their minds and body.
Activities range from storytelling, playing board games, engaging in handicrafts, singing songs, light exercises, and many more.
